Working with Tamarindo's Best Lunch Options
Our first experience with Martin, the owner of Sub Station, he took such care to make a sandwich it was obvious to us we needed to get to know him. On top of full passion for quality, he was delightful.
One time he told us he couldn't give us the pepperoni because "The pepperoni was a little bit oily, and when it gets like that it often causes heartburn." We asked him then to make a kids menu.

Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese researcher, demonstrated how human thoughts and emotions can influence the molecular structure of water. By exposing water to positive words, music, and intentions, then freezing and examining the ice crystals under a microscope, he observed the formation of beautiful, symmetrical crystals in response to positive stimuli. In contrast, negative stimuli resulted in distorted, irregular formations.
Similarly, studies have shown that plants grow healthier and more robust when exposed to kind words, music, and nurturing attention. These findings highlight the profound connection between words, energy, and life itself, reminding us of the impact our thoughts and intentions have on the world around us.
